We have a new hire employee who's benefits started 11/1 but the deductions started 10/1. The employee originally selected employee+child but now wants employee only coverage. We have tried stopping the benefit and re-adding (with same dates), but get error that says benefit already exists. We then tried just changing the coverage option but says year-to-date exists. Do any of you have other suggestions to correct this?
