1095-C - What codes should we expect to see?
Has anyone put together a matrix of what should be on the 1095-C in different scenarios (i.e. Offer Code = 1A, cost and safe harbor will be blank; differences to expect for someone enrolled the full month vs partial month)? I've see some information in various KB articles and discussions. I was just wondering if anyone had gathered this information into one place and if so, if they would be willing to share. I realize a document which covers every possible scenario probably isn't practical, but I'm thinking the majority of employees fall into a basic group of scenarios.
