HR170

Hello. I have 2 questions. Is there a way to have an email set up so when the report is finished in HR170 you are set an email? Also, I have a bi-weekly report that I need to run but am currently doing it "on demand". I don't see a bi-weekly option. The report is date oriented. Is there anyway to set this up in Lawson?

I use recdef to set them up and then send via a distribution group or sometimes to Lawson printers.

Not as familiar but I believe an email could be set using IPA,

As far as scheduling, if you submit the job through a process flow, the rich client scheduler does have a couple of biweekly options under "advanced scheduling." If you use the LID scheduler, you can schedule 26 instances on the days you want, or just schedule it weekly and ignore it every other week, since it is a report and does not update anything.
