NEW METHOD FOR REGULAR RATE OF PAY - CA- Dart Case

As you are presumably aware, the California Supreme Court’s recent Dart decision significantly changed the manner in which flat rate bonuses must be calculated from a regular rate perspective.  Can you please let us know when we can expect guidance on how Infor system will be updated/automated to address this new calculation?  I am not sure if Infor already provided this to their clients.  I have submitted this as a ticket also but I want to check in this forum if you have....

We understand that other HRIS vendors have already issued upgrades to its clients, but we have not yet received anything.   We would appreciate it if you could provide us with a status update, any materials Infor has distributed regarding Dart, etc. Also, to the extent you have any client-based calls, taskforces, etc. we would appreciate being included.

Following. We are interested in responses from Infor, but we are also interested in hearing how other users are handling this calculation manually in lieu of no change from the vendor.

I've read some articles on the case, and am I understanding correctly that for the pay period where we give an employee in CA a flat rate bonus, we should modify the OT calculation formula for that pay period as follows: numerator would be total regular earnings + OT earnings + DOT earnings + any flat rate bonuses for that pay period; denominator would now only be regular hours worked for that pay period?  I'm feeling a bit confused on the numerator, because we are using the formula to determine the hourly rate for OT and DOT, so how could we include earnings for those in the numerator... sorry if I'm not sounding intelligent.
