We are bringing our STD program in house and paying through payroll. We were told that there wasn't a way to set up a percentage of the gross pay and this process would have to be done manually, however, after looking through the manual we found that we can do a custom calculation. We would like to be able to tell the payroll department how many days to pay for STD and those days be calculated at 60%. Is this something the custom calculation would be able to do?
