As part of a new user automation, I'd like to include a user action directed to other parts of I.T. and have them be able to enter and submit needed detail into the flow. For example, a user action directed to our telcom team, so they can add the user's phone extension, which we can then bring back into Lawson and then employ separately to feed a user directory on our intranet. I see that with the User Action node, there is a pop-up for reason and reason comments, although it's not evident if I can use that, since we are on Landmark 10.
Is there a best way to do this, or any other ideas from anyone that's already dealt with a similar situation?
