I have a list for IC527, but they should be very similar if not identical. I can't figure out how to do an attachment here though.

What are the HL7 ITEM MASTER - DEROYAL (IC527) triggers to create a record?

Resolution:

The purpose of this document is to describe what conditions cause the HL7-formatted file to be built by the IC527 program. IC527 builds an HL7 file for the surgery system interface containing data from the Lawson application files. Without this document it is not clear what changes to an item are captured for the output file since there are many pieces of information in the item master files. This document specifies the conditions or €œtriggers€? that put records into the output file.

Pre Conditions

There must be an interface to the surgery system for this program output to be of any use.

Participants

The Materials Management area of a health care business uses this data. It is meant to provide data about an item for the surgery system to use.

Triggering Event

The following two columns show what data item is tested for change (column 1) and what table it is in, or what routine produces it (column 2):
