I have a client who is encountering strange results when processing in Opera 3 and only seems to be one user.
Example - looking at an enquiry of a supplier, the balance shown on the header is different to transactions. When looked at by another user it appears to be fine.
Another Example - When doing a posting on Payments and Adjustments the client entered the figure, allocated and when looking at the account the values appeared to be different to what has actually been posted.
I Went over the process again with the client posting a payment and we then saw the payment not appear for a while, after refreshing the view of the account a couple of times the payment appeared.
We have disabled the users remember form positions and sizes, just to see if this makes an impact, no change.
Cleared TEMP files on local pc
Deleted and recreated the users profile from scratch and problem still persists.
Client has commissioned a brand new PC (windows 10), recreated the User Profile (Network) and still makes no difference. The PC before was also Windows 10
The crazy part of this, no other users are having the same problem…which made me think it had to PC/User set-up.
Any ideas would be most welcome.
