AP20 question

When a batch is created and closed in AP20, what database file/table is that stored in?  Is anyone using MS add ins to upload and create a batch in AP20?  Thanks.

APBATCH is the table.



We upload to AP20 for some invoices - if more than one distrib line and are not using a distribution code, then you may need multiple lines for each invoice. Your first add will say "distributions out of balance" and your final distrib line add will say "change complete-continue" (or similar - I'm going from memory.)



Alternatively, you can load a file to APCINVOICE - (note apCinvoice, and not apinvoice) and/or APCDISTRIB, then run the AP520 to create invoices. If you use a distribution code (even if it posts 100% to a specified GL account), then you do not need to load to APCDISTRIB. We use this for patient refund interfaces.
