PR82 upload for inactive employees

We tried uploading PR82's for two employees that are inactive- NN status. The upload errored out. I was able to manually add the PR82. Does anyone know if we need a hidden key to process inactive records via an upload? Or why we wouldn't be able to process via upload?

After you process your upload, if you click on the icon with the magnifying glass on the addins wizard - View the last upload query sent, you will get the call string. Copy all of the information here and paste it into your Lawson browser. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will see the error message. That will usually help you find what is missing in your mapping.
