Visual Manufacturing 9.0.6 install troubles and successes

Spent several days trying to get the visual 9.0.5 and/or 9.0.6 to install consistently.    

Experienced the the product hanging for several minutes before the install would show up on the screen.   Finally decided to use Sysinternals Process monitor to see what was going on.   Turns out windows ( im using win10 ) checks for hundreds of files before setup.exe will run.

i actually thought my pc had a virus considering the crazy files it was looking for including game files.

I ended up renaming setup.exe to visual9.exe and it almost immediately pops up and starts the install.   Working on the sccm part now that i have a working batch file to uninstall 8 and clean up folders then install 9.0.6.

Good luck everyone!!  I wish this process would have been easier.  Wasted a better part of a week on this already.
