PR05 Quebec Health Services Fund deduction - Tax Category 20

Anyone set up a Quebec Health Services fund deduction on PR05. We cant seem to get it working. BSI says there is no issue on their side. Not sure if its our set up. All our other Quebec taxes/deductions work fine.

Greatly appreciate any help.

We have it set up and it seems to be working for us. Can you please let me know your deduction parameters and I'll compare it to ours and let you know what is different?
