MSS Implementation

To celebrate being 'Live on Lawson' for 20 years we have decided to implement MSS as we start our 21 year - doesn't that sound much better than it took us 20 years to finally get around to implementing MSS? Anyway I looking for any other organization that is able to share with me (St Olaf College) their MSS project plan. I hate reinventing the wheel, so I'm looking for as much detail as you are able/willing to share regarding your plan, implementation decisions, lessons learned, etc to use as a starting point as we do our implementation.

I like the celebration approach!!!

Would love to get a look at others' plans as well, so if people who are willing to share can use the "use rich formatting" option, and upload their files, that would be awesome!

We may just celebrate 19 years in a similar fashion.

All of the Holiday patching (YE PR, ACA, BSI, etc) has come and gone, so now I need to shift my focus to implementing MSS.
