I am moving from a hours based plan to a cycle based plan. I will have 3 plans 1) lowest accrual that will escalate at 4 years and then at 10, 2) a second plan that will escalate at 10 and 3) the highest plan that will be constant. I have created employee groups and moved 11 resources into the plan using LP180, LP140 and LP197. I can not get the cycles to calculate. All 11 have a 1 in the cycle where it should be off the adjusted hire date. I am not sure if I need to add a cycle table. Can anyone share documents or processes? Thanks! Debbie
