ACA Reporting

Hello -

I am totally new to Lawson (and Human Resources), and am starting to work through the ACA process.

Once I've gone through the entire process and Lawson has created the XML file with all the 1095B and 1095C data, do I have to partner with a third party in order to draft that information onto a hard copy 1095 C for the employees? Does anyone have a vendor they can recommend?

We at Community Medical Centers of Central California use American Technology Solutions for our W2 and 1095-C employee forms. They also manage our 1094-C IRS Air filing. We have had a very good experience working with them.

Hi Rachel,

As a smallish companies (just over 2,000 employees), I do everything in-house. I use MHC for our printed forms (which is the easy part), and handle the AIR transmissions myself (which is the trickier part). If your company can't afford to outsource the work, there are a lot of people in this community who can help you through the printing and filing processes. I would be happy to help if needed.
