PTO Donation to Foundation

We are looking to setup where employee can donate PTO hours to the company foundation. Has anyone set this up before?

 

We are creating a new pay code.

HR wants two different type of donation, 1 is subject to tax and the other is not.

Dollars will need deducted.

 

We want payroll to run the donations outside of the payroll cycle.

We do two types of PTO donation. Both administered through our foundation. We have an ongoing PTO bank donation where you can donate hours to a bank at any time. We also have a once a year PTO donation where employees "pledge" a certain number of hours during our annual giving campaign and the hours are subtracted the following year.
