I believe there's a default hierarchy that data is pulled from- PO13 (POITEMVEN) then IC12 (ITEMLOC) then IC11 (ITEMMAST). If mfg data is not found in PO13 it will look for it in IC12, if not found in IC12 it will look for it in IC11. ICMANFCODE holds the manufacturer description.

The PLI prefix means it comes from the POLINE table...

If we put the MANUF infor in IC11 then will it show up in the POLINE table? We are in the process of cleansing our item master and want to start using MANUF info

Yes. If you populate the manufacturer code, division and number fields in IC11 that data will transfer to the req lines and po lines for that item.
