Report Template for employee information on a specific date

Our HR department needs an affirmative Action Report that shows an employee, their job title and salary as of a specific date. Does anyone have a report or template set up for that? We are on Lawson 9.01.

If you log history on those fields, you should be able to get tht pretty easily from an HRWIRTER report by popoulating the as date on the HR170.
