Inbound SyncMaintenanceOrder to Infor EAM

Hi All,

We are trying to create a WO using Inbound SyncMaintenanceOrder BOD file.

Our source of data could be a flat xml file and using Mapper we are trying to convert the input file to SyncMaintenanceOrder BOD.

if anybody has the same inbound XML file for SyncMaintenanceOrder BOD please do share.

Since the Action Code is Replace, would it work for Adding a Work Order in Infor EAM As well.

Yes, it works as an ADD in case if the WO is not in EAM and will work as Replace in case if the WO is already existing in the system.

I tried using ADD in actionCode, as below

<DataArea>

<Sync>

<TenantID>infor</TenantID>

<AccountingEntityID>ORG1</AccountingEntityID>

<LocationID>ORG1</LocationID>

<ActionCriteria>

<ActionExpression actionCode="ADD" />

</ActionCriteria>

</Sync>

<MaintenanceOrder>

<MaintenanceOrderHeader>

<DocumentID>

<ID accountingEntity="ORG1" lid="lid://infor.file.assetbod" location="ORG1" variationID="1528523903287"></ID>

</DocumentID>

<ParentMaintenanceOrderID></ParentMaintenanceOrderID>

<LastModificationDateTime>2019-01-08T05:58:23Z</LastModificationDateTime>

However there is no error generated and also no new work order is being created.

Could you please guide me if I am missing something here.

Do you have a screenshot about wortype mapping (evt_jobtype)?
