Pay Period Dates in GHR

We have pay period dates setup in GHR. They are setup on a biweekly schedule. When the setup was originally done, they entered the first pay period start date and from there, the dates auto created. However, the dates stop at the last pay period of 2018. We need the 2019 dates (and so on) to be in the system for IPA Flows but would prefer not to manually do this if the system should do this automatically.

Does GHR have the equivalent of PR999? Whatever program is used to roll your payroll to the new year should update your payroll schedules. For S3 Payroll this is PR999.

To create a new set of Pay Periods and Work Periods, in the Administrator access go to Setup / Resource Components / Work Assignment /Payment Schedules. Open each Payment Schedule. Click on Actions / Create Period Dates. Populate the window with the last pay period that you would like (our Payroll Dept requested 01/04/2020). We are not populating the Benefit fields, though you may want to.

I suspect that the end-of-year process will be more extensive when Payroll moves to Multi-Tenant.

Thank you. I actually meant to update this last week. We threw in the last pay period thru date of 2019 and it auto created the rest of the pay periods accordingly. Thank you for responding!
