PR113 Errors for NY BSI00360000 Tax Cat 019

Anyone else having a problem creating a new deduction code for the NY Employer Compensation Expense Tax (i.e. Tax Cat 019 Payroll Expense Tax)? I tried to add the new employer tax deduction and I received an error message that "Tax category valid for city authoriy type only".  This is a new 01/01/19 state wide tax. Anyone else have this?

Currently, Tax Category 19-Payroll Expense Tax is only available for use by city authorities.

BSI Bulletin #148 introduced the New York Employer Compensation Expense Tax which is to use Tax Category 19.

Updates need to be done to allow Tax Category 19 to be used by both city and state authorities

JT-1248289 is currently being worked on by Infor development to deliver this new functionality.
