We just started our open enrollment and for some reason, instead of making the elections as pending, the system is updating records. We set up our system the same way last year and it worked, and not it's not.
We only have two sets of rules on the BS01.1 one for new hires and one for open enrollment.
They both use the same employee group and are both set up pretty much the same way but for some reason our annual enrollment elections are updating. We can't figure out what is set up incorrectly. HELP?
