We seem to be encountering the above error (detailed error message below) every time there is an unanticipated outage ( or after the monthly Microsoft patches are applied) and LSF server reboots.
The work units fail on all Requisitions that are in progress and when an approver approves these Requisitions via the Inbasket. It seems like the Landmark server and the LSF are not communicating at this time.
What would be the best way to confirm both servers are stable and the connection is stable just before the approver tries to approve the Req? We plan to do this step within the Req prcessflow but not sure if that is the right place to start with.
I was thinking of using the laservstatus command within the processflow as the first step but I have never used this command within a flow before.
Please suggest or what did you if you had a similar situation.
