Incorrect Offer and Safe Harbor codes Generated by BN990

Hi,

I am running BN990 for the 2018 ACA processing on our Test Server. BN990 generated an Offer Code of 1H and Safe Harbor Code of 2E for all employees that were covered by a health plan for the full year. I was expecting a an Offer Code of 1A. In BN15 the Health plan in question has an ACA Offer Code of 1A and no Safe Harbor Code. Has anyone face this issue before? Thanks!

We've had the issue before where we couldn't get a 1A for the same situation. The fix from Infor was configuring LID MESSAGE 751 to 1A. Please check with Infor support for more information regarding this LID message.

This is the first time I have had any issues. This year the BN990 is generating the 1H code for all employees. Doesn't seen to matter which health plan they are in. Infor is looking into my situation as we speak. I believe there is something wrong with the BN990. All my other reports are fine. So far they have not been able to replicate my issue.

I am also waiting to hear from Infor Support. First I thought it was due to the employees' ACA Offers having an offer code of 1A and Safe Harbor Code of 2E. I ran BN108 to correct the remove the 2E Safe Harbor Codes from the ACA offers and reran BN990. I am still getting an offer code of 1A and Safe Harbor code of 2E for employees who were covered the entire year. Were you able to resolve your issue?
