We need to do a PR82 for an employee who changed process levels. Each of the process levels have their own EIN so we need the PR82 to affect the first process level so it updates that W2. Even when we change all of the fields on PR82 to reflect the former process level it appears it is still going to code it to her current process level for EIN purposes. Is the only option to transfer the employee back to her previous role, do the PR82, and then transfer her back to the correct role?
