We are trying to figure out a way to track Years of Experience at the Position Level in Lawson. We want to be able track total years of experience in that type of position, not necessarily how many years in the position at our current organization (ie Employee A worked as a manager for 10 years at Business B and has been a manager at our organization for 6 years. They have 16 total Years of Experience in the position). Is there a way that we can track this at that level? Thanks!
