Our IS dept. is going to start using ServiceNow for Asset Management, we currently use it for Incident Management only.
We would like to create interfaces between INFOR and ServiceNow to automate our requisition creation into INFOR and bring back PO information to ServiceNow.
I was wondering if any of you are interfacing information between these two systems? If you are, How hard was it to setup? did you have to work with a third-party vendor to do this?
Anything you are willing to share on this will be appreciated.
