When an employee changes entities mid-year how do you get a 1095C from to generate for their initial entity. The Lawson programs are generated a 1095C form for the employees current entity and our Benefits/Comp area uses BN27.2 to do overrides to correct the codes. They used BN27.2 to add codes for the employees original entity but the system is not picking up that information and creating a form. Wondering if there is a flag somewhere that we need to populate for the system to do this? Or do the employees need to be added as a Resource for the 1095C to get produced for the entity they are no longer working at?
