We just installed Fax Integrator on a new PC, and we are now having issues with it dialing out. A dialing rule was created with 9 to access an outside line. The Fax Integrator Dialing Options is set to Use Windows Dialing Rules. When a fax order is sent, it dials +1 (xxx) xxxxxxx and then says the line is currently busy. I get the same error in Windows Fax and Scan. If I use +1 xxx xxx xxxx in Fax and Scan with the Dialing Rule, it works. We are entering the fax number in Lawson with spaces, but Fax Integrator removes them.
Has anyone else had this issue?
