PR16 - Schedules with Same Name

What impact would a schedule with the same but different effective date have on employee personnel actions?

The system should be pulling the rate from the correct effective dated action to store history. When you look at an HR11, it will always show the current rate. With step and grade schedules, the pay rate isn't stored in the Employee table, it is always being pulled from the PR16 based on today's date. However, PAEMPPOS does store the rates.
