We are looking to use manager self-service to have terminations feed into an IPA. The HR manager has asked that the employee drop-down include both direct and indirect reports. As delivered, it appears to only show direct reports. Has anyone considered and implemented such a modification? I'm wondering if there's a configurable way to accomplish this that's easier than diving into ../xhrnet/.. and modifying files like pactions.htm, pactionslib.js, and dr.js.
