I am trying to understand the PA390 process a little better.
I overtook this process recently, but do not fully understand the process.
At what point do you run the PA390 in update? When you run in update it the guide states it stores information in the company summary. Does this matter for what you send to the EEO?
Also when setting up establishments on PA93.2 there is a "B.2.c" section that asks if EEO-1 report filed last year. I assume this is asking yes or no for each establishment? Do you have to go through every year and change these to Yes or No every year?
It appears that in previous years the PA390 updates were not getting ran, nor have we been keeping up with the B.2.C on PA93.2.
Any knowledge transfer would be appreciated.
