ACA BN529/BN29 Errors

Hello,

We have run a BN729, and are now trying to run the BN529, but receive only errors of "record already exists; duplicate entry." We believe it is because our health plans on BN15 have a start date of 1/1/2017 (the structure of our plan didn't change from 2017-2018, only the rates). So the system is seeing last year's ACA information and believe this year's to be a duplicate.

Has anyone experienced this? Thoughts on a workaround?

Is this your first year setting this up in Lawson? I only ask because those programs are one time set up programs I believe.

Thanks Margie. It's not our first time. But I think we have to run the BN529 to update the information on BN29 - the offers and enrollment for medical.

Are you using BN32? As you make changes and annual elections, the BN29 should pick them up. Don't you see that occurring.
