Pulling PO usage for all items

We need to be able to run a report that will pull the SPECIAL items that are purchased on a PO and show any usage on them. I'm able to use the iC220 for stock but not finding anything that will pull the special items. Can anyone direct me? Thanks!

There's really not a good canned report in Lawson for this. PO254 is limited- you can only run the line detail report by delivery date range and the report doesn't identify item type. I use Crystal Reports to pull PO line data but in our early days of Lawson we used Addins.

We utilize the PO280 (Purchases by Class). Gives us data to parse for Specials along with the PO and Line Number, Date Range, Buyer, Vendor, Quantity, Unit Cost, and Extended Cost, by Company.

We don't actually use Purchasing Classes, but this report helps us pull decent information on Specials. I have some faster outputs that pull directly based upon SQL and run through Process Flows, but this may serve as a decent ad hoc option.

The PO220 or PO222 can be run for all items, exported to Excel, and filtered for X items. What's nice with these is you can see what has actually been received which should tie out more closely with usage.
