I use f9 (Company), f18 (FC of A), f11 (Employee), f19 (Certification Code), f22 (Date Received), f22 (Renewal Date), and f288 (HK). The hidden key (HK) consists of a concatenation of the 4-digit company code and 9-digit employee number, if your company code and/or employee numbers are less than that, they should be preceded by zeros. Hope that helps!

We are able to do the initial load. We are having issues when we try to change an existing record when there is more than 1 row of data with the same cert.

Knowledge Base says you can't. However, I was able to delete rows by adding the sequence number to my upload. I wonder if you can do the same to change existing rows. I'd try it out in your test environment to see if it works. If not, you'll have to delete and re-add, if you want to do it via upload. If you need help with that, let me know. Good luck!

Hi Deborah
(Change only upload)
F9(Cer-Company) F11 (Cer-Employee) F18:0 (Line-FC1) F19:0 (Cer-Code1) F21:0 (Cer-Date-Acquired)
F22:0 (Cer-Renew-Date1) F23:0 (EPC-State1) F24:0 (Cer-Lic-Number1) F30:0 (EPC-Verified-Flag1) F28:0 (EPC-Skill-Source1)
F44:0 (Cer-SeqNbr1)
The key to this upload is your sequence number and when you upload you have to select change only. Hope this helps.
