Does anyone have experience with Portal Role setup? I need a second opinion on an issue:
We have a relatively new portal role. We discovered that people could not choose to enable List View preferences. Our hosting company updated the role and List View became a default to all. Not what we wanted. We asked for it to be an option not a default and were told that is not possible. It is all or nothing. So we said turn off list view and now we're told it can only be removed one user at a time.
