Problems with new version of Citrix Receiver not releasing Visual windows.

We recently upgraded our Citrix Receiver to 4.2.101.1 and are seeing an issue with the Visual windows not being released when moving the window.
After moving a window (customer order entry) on your screen and you release the mouse the screen does not release and will continue to move when you move your mouse cursor across the window.
Has anyone else seen anything like this?
