On of our process levels (2014) uses the EIN of our HR company, and therefore has no RE PL number - the BN00.7 has ALE Head Process Level as blank, and the PL 2014 is added under that record.
In 2017, we closed a PL (3060), and some of its employees who terminated before the closure have since been rehired into a new PL (3080).
On the BN99, those employees are showing blank RE in the months before their re-hire dates, instead of the RE PL they hired into (3080). I didn't think this was a problem until I ran the BN297 for PL 2014...those PL 3080 re-hired employees are showing up in there. I added a 2018 BN00.7 record for PL 3060, but that doesn't seem to be doing anything.
Does anyone know how I handle this situation? I can't suppress the employees' 1095-Cs because they had offers in the new PL (3080); I just don't want them in the PL 2014.
