Hi Everyone, We are looking to integrate our ServiceNow portal with Lawson V10, specifically to leverage the procurement and task assignment capabilities. What we are hoping to do is leverage the service catalog to place hardware orders and assign tasks for installation. From there we would like to generate a flat file to run through RQ500 to place the hardware order with the vendor. Our other option is to have the requester place their hardware order in RQC and have a file that can be sucked into ServiceNow to create the installation task. Has anyone done this before? If so, which route did you go? Thanks.
