We are (still) working through a few 2017 corrections and had no trouble submitting a correction file in December. We generated a new 2017 correction file this week (marked prior year = Y) and when uploading we received 'System authorization error - SysError1 HEADER-005'. From what we could find this error message it pertains to the status of our TCC code which doesn't seem to make sense since the Dec file for the same TCC code was processed fine and our Benefits Director logged into the AIRS site and our TCC status is active. Has anyone else experienced this error? What was the fix? I found online where it says to wait 48 hours and resubmit the file when getting this message, which we did, but we are still getting the same System Authorization Error.
Got to get 2017 behind us and then switch gears to uploading 2018!
