PR298 W2c processing for PR297

We have encountered an issue with this process and wonder if any one has used the program PR298 this year? I was just using the program for processing my PR299 earlier this month but now have an issue where it looks like it is adding a line and then errors out stating the last person in the file is not in the original but employee is in both.

If there is an employee prior to the employee who is erroring that has multiple W2's (i.e. 5 or more Box 12 codes which would produce multiple W2s), JT-1263238 has been released today to resolve the error.

If that is not your issue, I would recommend opening a support incident for troubleshooting.

I had issues with PR298 EFW2C file where I actually had to reformat the file completely due to it erroring out. I unfortunately have no resolution aside from going through every single error on AccuWage and correcting our text file before uploading.

Deana, there was a patch for the PR298 EFW2C, it is 119503 this came out early January.
