1095's for Cobra Participants

We do not track our Cobra participants in Info, as we have an outside company that does all Cbora enrollments. I entered the members and their dependents on the BN95.1 and bn95.2 but do not know how to get those form to update to print.

Any suggestions???

On the BN95 screen did you set the Form and Create Form values? If so then on the BN297 did you change the Type Option to All?

On the BN95.1 did you enter Y on CREATE FORM (yes)? Also, did you run the BN297 for the Resources group (Type Option=4)?

Thank you ---this worked but I cannot get the dependent information to print. What am I missing?

Did you add them in the BN95.2? You use the same resource number as you did for the BN95, and then use the lines below to add the covered individuals, including the dependents. Mark the months covered at the very bottom with Xs.

If you selected the 1095-B on BN95 then you won't see Dependent data in Section 3. If you elected 1095-C on the resource Record (BN95) did you add Covered Months for each Dependent on BN95.2
