REQ cancelled in IPA and status in RQ140

I cancelled a REQ in IPA work units and when RQ140 is run that req is showing needs approval. How do I resolve? TIA

the only option in rq13 under special actions is reject. Is that what I need to do and what else does that affect if I do it? Thanks.

It will update the RQ10 record from being in a Needs Approval to Rejected.

Yes if you don't want the req to process.

Once the work unit was cancelled, the only way I know to get it processed is through RQ13 although it should have more options than just Reject.
