ADFS Upgrade Problem

Upgrading to ADFS on a Windows 2012 server for 10.0.9

We are able to log on to the Mingle page and see the LSF...LBI and MSCM icons, but when we

select one of them we get the error message...."This content cannot be displayed in a frame"

If we open in a new window...it prompts for authentication again. We would like to be able to

open this in the Mingle page. Any thoughts?

The issue may be related to the single sign-on specifically. What exactly did you do on LBI and MSCM to make them compatible with ADFS? In other words, do you get ADFS login screen when you try to login to LBI and MSCM?

Yes we are getting the ADFS login page.....but when we click on the LSF, MSCM or LBI icons.....we get the error message

LSF as well?? Mingle 11, correct? If so, you have a possible issue with the application registration in Mingle, or even more likely, Mingle configuration relevant to ADFS. I would start with rerunning registration. If that does not solve it, I would suggest re-checking the steps you needed to do in Mingle, most importantly, user security that you need to modify after ADFS switch.

Are you asking: Which logs should be queried/reviewed? How do you know if the problem is in Ming.le or in the handoff to the other apps (LSF, MSCM, etc.)

Agree, the issue is with the Ming.le configuration for ADFS. I suggest to revisit the configuration and make sure you selected ADFS as the trusted identity provider in ming.le.

Want to say thank you very much for the help on a few ADFS/IFS problems. We finally got this one resolved. The problem was because we had installed ADFS/IFS on our Mingle sever....and had added the ADFS address in the config files.....and it should have been the Mingle address. Once again....thank you very much for all of your help.
