CTP installed for PR12 to get the Global Tab. I see the tab in LID but not in portal.

We had a CTP installed on our test server for PR12 to get the Global Tab. The CTP was applied in both our test product lines, tst and dev.

In LID I can see the new Global Tab in both product lines. In portal I can see the new Global tab only in the tst product line.

I've done several recompiles, I've done the Tools> Delete multiple time. I've done the IOS Cache refresh after every Tools>Delete. I've done a pgmdump in tst, then copied all the modules to dev, done the pgmload and recompiled. I started the process yesterday and was hoping that today everything would be cleared up. Not so.

We are 10.0.8 env and 10.0.5 apps

We are hosted by Infor. I've updated my Infor ticket several times but no one is answering. I'm hoping for some suggestions here.

Is there a file that needs to be deleted? Is there some command that needs to be done? Issues like this are usually a cache issue, but so far nothing has worked

Have you deleted you browser cache?

That would be the Tools>Delete and the IOS Cache refresh, right? Is there another cache delete I can do?

IOS Cache refresh is the server cache. Your web browser can also cache data.

I recently had a similar issue with HS23.2. It was showing in LID but not in portal. It took a full restart of LSF to begin showing in portal.

Totally agree. Our new forms require a restart of LSF to access via Portal

Doesn't Tools>Internet>Delete clear the web browser cache?

Oh my. I was hoping I wouldn't have to have an LSF restart. But if that what it takes. The strange thing is that the product line tst portal PR12 shows the new tab.

We have 2 product lines on our test server and 1 was showing it in portal and the other did not. We had to perform a restart for some other reasons and when things came back up both product lines were showing the screen in portal.
