Printing stickers in warehouse on thermal shared printer

Hello guys, 

 

since I am new to Infor and we are just in the middle of transitioning to Infor LN v10.6, I hope I have posted in the right section of the forum/group. My question is, do you also struggle to set printers? 

To rephrase my question; we are using Windows environment (server and clients are using windows OS) and thermal printers to print stickers with barcode that are then used in warehouse. Some printers are network printers (directly connected to network), some are local printers (not shared with anyone) and some are network shared printers. I managed to set printers in session Device data for network shared printers with parameters as follows:

- Description: ES Reporting Service

- Device Type: Windows Server Printer

Printer:

- Device queue: \<IP address of clinet's IP><name of shared printer>

File:

- Argument: server=<IP address of server> port=7688

Systems (tab) contains two rows with the System name of server, Service type of Infor ES reporting Server and BSE Path of path where locally on server is installed BW. 

 

When I select printer in session and proceed with printing it prints blank stickers. Do you think this might be printer driver related or some different kind of problem? Thanks for you feedback.
