Error When Trying To Add A Delivery Device In LBI

This is something that we have done numerous times in the past.  Create an LS record for a 'non-employee',  do a synchronization in LBI, and then add the user's Delivery Device.

 

For the last 'non-employee' user that we tried to create a Delivery Device for, we received the following message:

 

Delivery60030: A problem occurred...
Delivery60003: User "#########" not found

       where "#########"  represents the user's Infor/Lawson login-id

 

It appears that the synchronization in LBI isn't picking up the user's information so that she is recognized by LBI to allow the Delivery Device to be built.

 

I have verified that the user has a LS security record,  and has an HR11 record.    Other individuals have been added to our Infor/Lawson system since this user, and there doesn't appear to be any issues with the LBI system recognizing them.

 

Has anyone experienced this error?   What actions did you take to resolve the issue?

In reviewing entries in the "Manage Users and Roles" action of the LBI -Tools - System Administration section, the ids for Delivery Devices that are working are all below 99016000. The ids that we have tried adding that are above 99016000 have failed to synchronize between LSF and LBI and resulted with the previously indicated error message.



Is there a setting in LDAP, or LBI that specifies the maximum value that is recognized for synchronizing records from LSF to LBI?
