Anyone used /lawson-ios/action/ListAttachments to get attachment comments in S3?

I am trying to use a WebRun node in IPA with the command /lawson-ios/action/ListAttachments to get a list of all the comments attached to a particular table/record.  Does anyone have the syntax to make this work?

Below is the syntax that is coming from the call directly from Portal.  I was not sure if I just use this exact format for the Web Program or if there is a different way.

GET /lawson-ios/action/ListAttachments?&outType=XML&indexName=RLNSET1&fileName=REQLINE&K1=100&K2=1001360&K3=3&attachmentCategory=C&dataArea=DEVPL01&attachmentType=I HTTP/1.1

I use the webrun to add po line item comments so they print on delivery documents. It is an AddAttachment but if I remember right they are very similar. Maybe you can get something out of my post string. The "K" variables were very important.
