HR13 Benefit Coverage for Dependents

Each year we have the same issue and I'm trying to figure out if I'm doing something wrong. When changing a health premium for a new year, after I make changes, I run the BN105 to update employee plans. Is there also something I have to run every year after updating plans to make sure dependents that were enrolled the previous year are now enrolled in this years plans? Does BN532 have to be run every plan year to re-enroll each dependent from previous year?

You shouldn't need to do anything else. Are you stopping the plans or running something prior to the BN105?

I make changes to the contributions on BN18 for the new year. Run BN105 to update all employee premiums on the BN32. Something is happening with the dependents that were marked as enrolled and its not always carrying over to the new years plan. So on the HR13.3 it doesn't have the asterisk that shows they are enrolled for the new year. This in turn has caused issues getting correct dependent information on the 1095 forms. Thoughts?

Do you have the dependent eligibility criteria set up the way you want on BN17 (e.g. age, student status, termination)?

How random is the behavior? When dependents get dropped (lose their asterisk), do all of the employee's dependents get dropped? Or does like one dependent out of the entire family get dropped? If all the dependents of a particular employee get dropped, you could check the coverage record and make sure the dependent flags are set correctly on all your options.
