EAM: Reading columns of the tables in Email Notification setup

Hi,

We want to send an email when a comment in added to WO. While setting up email notification, it only allows to read the columns from one table, so I created a one more table R5xxxx, which populates all the required information. But when I set up the email notification for this table, I can not see any columns of this table while setting parameters?

Is there some property to make them viewable in parameter?

Hey,

not sure if you still looking for answear - but solution is simple

You have to insert those fields into r5filtertabcolumns.

Simple insert on SQLServer:

insert into r5filtertabcolumns (

FTC_TABLE

,FTC_COLUMN

,FTC_DATATYPE

) select TABLE_NAME, COLUMN_NAME, DATA_TYPE from INFORMATION_SCHEMA.COLUMNS where table_name='R5xxxx' -- table that you have created.
